All items must be labels before coming in for drop off. Please ensure that all batches are closed the night before in order for us to print your barcodes. Click the link for sign up. Early label pick up dates coming soon.

We are pleased to offer this service for our Consignors. To be eligible for Drop n' Go all items must be DONATE ALL and HALF PRICE ALL. *Please note that these spots are limited, and if there is excessive sorting there will be a $20 fee applied.*
This season we are having 2 check in days and all days you MUST have an appointment. Also, all items must be labeled before checking in. Of course, if you have a few last minute items not labeled, that is ok. No children during check in appointments. If you have more than 1 ID please sure each ID has its own apt time.
This is a newer service that Rhea Lana's of Fox Valley is offering. This service allows you to stay in your car. This service is a $15 fee, this is in addition to your consignor fee. If you choose this service your items will NOT be guaranteed, this is a convenience service so that you do not have to go through the check in process. Please ensure all items are packed together with like items. Clothing separated by gender and organized by size. Shoes separated by gender and size, all accessories together, all books together etc. After we take them from your car, you are free to go. Our team will then do the quality check inside after you leave. If we have any items that did not pass our check, we will email or call you to discuss which items will be returned to you at the end of the sale, if there is an excessive amount there will be a $20 fee applied. Again, this is a $15 fee and you will not be guaranteeing your items. You can choose to discount and or donate your items.
Please choose an appointment to pick up your unsold items via our popular Curbside option. If you choose curbside pick up please note that if you choose to guarantee your items, choosing this service you will waive your guarantee.
If you are coming into the store to pickup your items, please pick a time slot. Please allow 30 minutes per consignor ID to sort through your things. Questions table will close at 7pm sharp!
Please email jessicanelson@rhealana.com and let us know in advance that you will be sending someone else to pick up your unsold consigned items. *Note Items are not guaranteed if picked up by another person, unless they are with your during drop off and is noted on the contract.

Restock: We are not accepting clothing, books, accessories unless new with tag. Items must be pre-labeled you can pick up labels before your apt. If you arrive and you need to label we will provide your labels and you can label in your car and then come in for your apt.
