Here are some guidelines to help as you prepare your items for the sale. Click here to see what is acceptable and not acceptable for the sale.

Supplies Needed

HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.

STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.

You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .

If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.

Clothing and limits

This is our All Season Event

We will take all season wear. We will accept NEW WITH TAG winter and holiday clothing. All season shirts, pants, swim gear, outside toys, sports. Holiday clothes that will NOT be accepted is Valentines Day, St Patricks day and Easter.

Whenever possible, put outfits together! Moms love to buy these! We also recommend to "bundle" items together (pinning more than one item to a single hanger). This is if you can't make an outfit or fulfill the $4.00 minimum price point with just one item. Families love purchasing deals and will typically pass up just one pair of pants or shirt for $4.00 unless it's a specific brand. We suggest "bundling" pants with other pants and bundle shirts with other shirts. When "bundling" please make sure they are all the same size! If they are different sizes, they will not be accepted at check in and usually don't sell.

The better your items look, the better they sell! Please take time to wash and iron your clothes if necessary. Please check for stains, broken zippers or snaps, torn hemlines, missing buttons etc..

We will be double-checking at the store and will not accept any item that is not in excellent condition.

Use small plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 7 and above. No wire or metal hangers, please!

Please note that there is a 25 hanger per gender limit on sizes 0-12 months and Juniors. A 10 hanger limit on Maternity clothing.

Please group items together so that they will equal a value of at least $4.00 as that is our minimum price allowance.

There is a 200 total item limit per Consignor ID. There is a $12.00 Consignor Fee per Consignor ID.

All items must be free and clear of stains, holes, pet hair and odors. Any items with these will be rejected.


Please only bring your like-new shoes! 1) Put your consignor number and price on masking tape on the bottom of the shoes, this will help if they get separated. 2) Safety pin the price tag to a shoelace or through the shoe eyelet. Put the shoes and price tag inside a Ziploc bag or zip-tie them together.



It is best to package a bedding set together in its original clear plastic bag with a zipper. Large Ziploc bags can also be purchased to keep bedding clean and together. They sell the XL bags at dollar stores.

Label any bedding set with everything that is included and the size on a piece of paper and tape it to the bag or print out a picture.

WE do not accept crib bumpers. We are no longer accepting Full size bedding or larger, and NO knitted blankets will be accepted.


Please no Full size or larger comforters at this time. No knitted blankets will be accepted. Must be free and clear of any pet hair, stains and odors.

Loose Items

Bottles, bibs, rattles, socks, bows, etc group together appropriately in ziploc bags. Tape the tag to the inside of the ziploc bag. It also helps to write your consignor number, price, description and size if applicable on the outside of the ziploc bag with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off during the sale. Seal with clear packing tape.

We strongly suggest grouping like items together! Mixed items typically don't sell.

Toys, Furniture, Equipment

We sell 95% of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment! Toys MUST be clean and in working order with batteries included. Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely.

Games should be taped closed with ALL pieces in the box.

Puzzles, books, videos, and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in Ziploc bags. Secure with the tag on the inside of the Ziploc bag with it visible and then close the bag and secure with clear packing tape. It is also good to write your consignor number and info on the Ziploc bag with a Sharpie in case the tag comes off.

Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

We accept LICENSED plush or stuffed toys. such as Beanie Baby, Disney Build a Bear, Beanie Boo's, Baby Yoda or other name-brand stuffed animals at this sale. We also allow battery-operated stuffed/plush items such as Laugh and Learn Smart Puppy, LeapFrog My Pal, Baby Einstein Octoplush, Tickle Me Elmo, FurReal Friends, and similar items.

Toy recall information- Due to the high number of toy recalls during the past year, we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled.

Car Seats

Your car seat must have been manufactured within the past five years. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. You may check the following website for current recalls: All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver stating your car seat has all the pieces and is in excellent condition and not more than five years old. Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.

Furniture Nook

We will be happy to accept baby and children's furniture such as, changing tables, children's beds, dressers, rocking chairs, playroom furniture, and more! Just please remember that we no longer accept any drop-side cribs, cribs manufactured before December 2010 & crib mattresses due to the latest recall and regulations by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Please no TV's, electronics, room accessories not for a child's room, or nick-knacks!

Infant Care Items

We do not accept used breast pumps. We accept infant bottles without nipples (unless brand new) and feeding accessories. Please package them in Ziploc bags with the tag taped on the inside and the information labeled with a sharpie on the outside and taped closed. We also accept high chairs, booster seats, and baby food makers. We accept infant carriers and wraps, playmats, and activity centers. We accept infant swaddles, sleep sacks, shopping cart covers, nursing covers, car seat covers, and changing table covers. We accept bathtubs, potty seats, diapers, and safety items.
